A: At ASAP Water Heating we offer both. The manufacturers provide warranties on their tanks and parts. ASAP Water Heating offers you our guarantee of quality service and a job done right, or we will correct it at no charge to you.

Q: What is a thermal expansion tank?
A: Water supply companies are installing backflow devices at all residential water meters. These backflow devices prevent contamination from beign introduced into the main water supply from an individual residence. This creates closed system. Water expands when it is heated, which can cause pressure to build up in your plumbing system. The constant expanding and contracting of this process will manifest itself by premature failure in your water heater. Thermal expansion tanks provide a holding space for the expanding water, which will prevent the damaging pressure build up to your water heater.
